Pastalini is a novel fast-casual pasta restaurant. The idea behind our food is to allow the customer to create their own custom made pasta dishes choosing from an array of their favorite meats, vegetables, toppings and Italian sauces. Our aim is to serve fast food that can be nutritious, tasty and fast without compromising flavor, quality and service.

The food is made fresh daily from high quality ingredients and the dishes are put together and tossed in a frying pan in a full exhibition kitchen. The sauces are made based on traditional Italian recipes with a Pastalini twist. All pasta dishes are served with freshly baked breadnuts. Besides, the pasta bar we also offer fresh signature salads and soups made fresh daily.

Pastalini is offering a line of gourmet California style pizzas. Our pizzas are award winning pizzas which have competed in a face off against Wolfgang Puck, CPK and other famous establishments and won only first place for the 3 years it competed. We offer regular or whole wheat crust and California style toppings such as BBQ chicken, meatballs, goat cheese and salmon along with traditional Italian toppings such as pepperoni and cheese.
